Tom Stevens - Loan Partner Tom’s mortgage experience began in New York City working for the Bowery Savings Bank. He worked in the commercial appraisal division and was an integral part in determining the asset value for non-performing assets. During his time with the Bank, he was required to take classes and obtain his MAI designation (Member of the Appraisal Institute).  That experience led Tom to Portland, Oregon where over the past 20 years he owned and operated two successful mortgage brokerage businesses.  His compassion for successful results with the added experience in positions of increased responsibility and duties led him to become an integral member of the Gale Team.
